Through this web, you can see all the pottery chawan arts and can order these. Our pottery gKonan-yakih is revived with use of a traditional method. All the pottery arts are created by the fine hands of our artists. It is more than happy for us if you bring these art works to your hand and appreciate the Japanese culture and history. We are looking forward to hearing from you. All your order can be handled with your credit card information in a very simple way without letting us know this information via. PAYPAL system. The PAYPAL system is being used all over the world and has been very much reliable.In the following you can see the steps for your ordering.

Select your favorite Chawan and push gAdd to Carth button right next to the Chawan photo
[Step2]
Confirm your state of order by pushing gView Carth button at the bottom of the each page.
[Step3]
Go to the payment stage by pushing gProceed to Checkouth button.
You may push gContinueh button if necessary during the payment process.
You are asked to fill out your credit card information and address to send the chawan.
[Step4]
Confirm your final state of your order such as your credit information, address, and the chawan number.
[Step5]
Once you confirm the details of the order, push gPay Nowh button.
Your order is completed.
Note the order is not completed unless you push the gPay Nowh
After the order, you will receive our e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive any e-mail from us within a few days after your order, your mail address typed in the order page could be wrong. Please let us know by sending e-mail to us.
Product Delivery
Normally we can deliver the chawan within a week or so. It may take some more time if the specific chawan you ordered is out of stock. In case of late delivery, we will inform you in the confirmation e-mail. The delivery date will be in the confirmation e-mail.

We will use EMS: Express Mail Service by Japan or FEDEX
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost is included in your payment
Any form of tax in your country charge should be covered by the customer.
In Case of Poor Delivery
No refund policy, unless the damaged item is returned as is. We will exchange the artwork if the chawan is not used. This claim is only valid within 7 days after the delivery.
Color Details etc.
The chawan artwork is hand made one by one very carefully. The real color or quality may be slightly different for each chawan than the one in the photo gallery.
Use of Chawan
You can use the chawan at your teatime or dinner. You and your friend will like to appreciate the Japanese artwork. Any care for handling chawan is shown in the instruction composed together with the chawan
Condition of Order
If your credit card payment should not be processed by any reason, the order will be cancelled. The details will be informed via. E-mail or fax.
